Admission Procedure

ADMISSION INTO FULL-TIME NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) AND HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES (HND) FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION


1 . General Entry Requirements

      1.1   The Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa, now Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa welcomes applications from prospective candidates holding required qualifications for admission into the institution.

      1.2   Applicants for full-time National Diploma programmes are expected to possess School Certificate ( WASSCE) or its equivalents.

      1.3   The Institution offers courses in the following categories of programmes

                    Full Time Application for National Diploma (ND)

                           Candidates must apply for UTME Screening

                   Full Time Application for Higher National Diploma (HND)

                          Candidates must apply for HND Application on NBTE Portal for 2024/2025 Academic Session

                          Candidates must apply for HND Screening

2. FULL-TIME NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND)

    2.1   Candidates applying for the National Diploma Programmes must have sat for the 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must have scored not below 100.

   2.2   Candidates must have chosen Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa as their Institution of 1st choice.

   2.3   Candidates willing to change to Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa as their 1st choice of institution with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) immediately, can also apply.

 

3. FULL-TIME  HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)

   3.1   Candidates applying for the Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes must possess National Diploma (ND) in the same discipline, obtained from any of the accredited Institutions.

   3.2   Candidates applying for the Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes must have obtained HND Application Form for the same discipline on NBTE Portal for 2024/2025 Academic Session

4. APPLICATION GUIDELINE

4.1        It is important that all candidates read the guidelines before proceeding to register. Candidates should also ensure that requirements into programmes are carefully read as well.

4.2       Candidates should ensure that correct information is supplied on the portal as wrong or false information can invalidate admission of such candidate. If admission is given upon false information by a candidate, such candidate shall have the admission so given withdrawn.

4.3       Candidate's names should be appropriately arranged. Surname, first name and then middle name. Candidates should avoid name inconsistency. The names on the result of candidate O/L should be the same with the admission application. In case of HND candidates, there should be name consistency with ND result, as any inconsistency in name arrangement can lead to disqualification.

4.4       Candidates should use their personal phone numbers and email addresses as correspondences shall only be directed to supplied  phone numbers and email addresses.

 


5. HOW TO APPLY

Using any browser, type the url  www.aope.edu.ng

 

Click Admission application Portal

 

 

Go to admission application portal and fill the appropriate form

 

 

As soon as you are registered,

 

 

Go to login and feed in your application ID and password.

 

 

Continue your registration.

 

 

 

 

6.0       PAYMENT PORTAL

 

SPECIAL NOTE

 Candidates who are found to fill more than one application shall be disqualified.
 Candidates are advised to deal cautiously so as not to be defrauded  as Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa  will not be liable for any transaction with any unauthorized person. All application payments should be made through the Polytechnic payment portal. On no account should payment be made through a third party or any other links.
